Who are we
Beeotcheese Bistro and Bakery is owned and operated by Alison Sutherland-Mann and Lynne Connor. We are both Red Seal chefs that share a common passion for everything food. We have worked our way up thru the food service community with the ultimate goal of owning our own establishment. We have a vast knowledge of the industry from front end to back of the house and all of the administration tasks owing a business imparts.

Lynne Connor
Lynne has 30+years of experience in the hospitality industry as a chef, pastry chef and Food service manager. She has strong organizational skills and the ability to work very efficiently with a broad range of personnel. Over her career she has developed an extensive knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, ordering accounting and staffing for service establishments. Lynne started her career at NBIT where she did her basic cook training then after joining the military did more extensive training at CFSAL training facility also attended Humber college to take Hospitality Management.

Alison Sutherland-Mann
Alison fulfilled a long time dream of becoming a chef by first attending Northern Lights College Culinary Arts, apprenticeship for levels one through three. Since then she has gained experience in the food service industry as a kitchen manager and head chef, looking after the administrative as well as everyday kitchen duties. She develops menus and recipes, training staff and teaching cooking classes. “Everyday in the kitchen is a good day!”

The buzz is all about Beeotcheese, a new Bistro style restaurant in the downtown core of Williams Lake. Restaurant Makeover is completed and the doors will bee open on May 4th 2009 to a bright, fresh and spacious new Bistro. The Bistro and Bakery will fill a niche by offering the freshest and most local products available. With prices and cuisine that are palatable to our customer base combined with the ambiance which reflects the chef’s passion for the culinary world. Want to party we have an onsite facility that will seat from 10-200 persons and we are taking bookings now!
